When should I expect a reply from customer service?

Voidu is an European web store, located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and our customer service team is located in Europe as well.

We reply to our gamers on a daily basis, from 9:00 AM to 20:00 PM (CET). During working hours, we usually reply within two hours on working days, and within five hours on weekends.

If you are reaching out to us from a different continent, the waiting time might differ, depending on the time difference.
